Agile Scaling

Scaling Agile requires wisdom and insight in your organization - something only you have. There are Scaling Agile frameworks out there, which can be a good reference, but tend to take away the agile characteristics. And those characteristics are essential in the process, because the result is not as important as the process leading to that result. Agility over implementation.

Organite assists you with Scaling Agile, by Agile Scaling. We help you to scale your agile environment by taking your unique organization as starting point. There's no agility in adapting an external model. External models or frameworks are not alive - your organization is. The scaling process should be inherently agile - the agile characteristics are essential for success. Success is sustainable change, by agile mindset and adaptation to inner and outer changes.

Agile Scaling isn't leaning on one specific framework implementation, but tailors gradually the agile environment together with you, as you are the captain of the ship. Agile Scaling over Scaling Agile, to reach the highest levels of agility.

The level of agility is not measured by the extent of adapted Scaling Agile methods or frameworks, but is measured by your own standards.
