Your personal information is not stored on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

Contact forms

If you make use of the contact forms for sending email, the information entered at the contact form (i.e. your name, email, subject and message) are used to be able to receive your email and to be able to respond to your email.

As prerequisite for complying to the GDPR a mandatory given permission is needed from you before making use information you entered. This is realized by means of a mandatory checkbox, with an explanatory text.

A technical logging is used by the email program, which is needed to verify if the emailing system is working properly. Your entered information is also view-able in this technical log and is only readable by the administrator of the site.

Cookies

Google Analytics cookies are used to measure traffic on this website. A unique text string is saved to identify the browser, timestamp for interactions and the browser/source page that led the user to our website. Measuring traffic helps Organite to gain insight how users interact with website content.

No sensitive information is saved. IP addresses have been anonymized. This means that it’s not possible to trace statistics information back to an individual.
